So you're moving away...
Here’s what I don’t get: when someone has a move planned- like a big, whole-other-side-of-the-country move, and it’s not for a few months, yet they pull back from their friendships during that fleeting, almost-gone time.
Perhaps it’s an effort to tie up the loose friend ends, or maybe it’s a weird self-preservation thing.
Either way, it hurts my feelings.
